"Power Lunge" at Seamans Hut, along the Summit Walk to Mount Kosciusko . Convincing ourselves this would somehow warm us up as increasing fog rolled in, ominous rain clouds hovered overhead and we were slightly under dressed for the next few KMs to the summit.
