The Great Walks Aug-Sept issue is out now! So if you're a subscriber you'll get your copy any day now or if you buy your copy at your local newsagent it'll be on the shelf waiting for you.

The theme for the issue is 'All Aussie Adventures' so you can't go past our cover photo of hiking on Lord Howe Island - which we visited for the inaugural Seven Peaks Walk.

In the issue we cover all corners of the country from Tassie's Overland Tack to Mount Conner in Central Australia - which is, for your information three times the size of Uluru!

We then head to Bruny Island, just off Hobart, for some wine, walking and wilderness before exploring SA's latest ecotourism experience the Murray River Walk - and the views are stunning.

In our Walksmart section we test out eight two-person tents and showcase another 36 products all perfect for your next bushwalk. Also there's a guided walk for two people to Victoria up for grabs! You're welcome.
