Trek training company Wild Women On Top is dealing with COVID lockdown in a unique way by launching the Stayin' Wild challenge.
This four-week wellbeing program is deigned to keep you fit, happy and connected to others – and nature – in a time of physical distancing.
Plus, by fundraising for Beyond Blue, you’ll be helping all Australians achieve their best possible mental health.
Wild Women On Top says the Stayin’ Wild challenge is more than a walking program. "It’s a scientifically formulated, heart-centred challenge with a single vision: to help you soar beyond your wildest dreams."
This is what the Stayin' Wild challenge comprises of
- WEEK 1: Walk 10,000 steps a day
- WEEK 2: Add 10 sets of stairs a day
- WEEK 3: Add lifting heavy things
- WEEK 4: Add agility activities
