It seems boffins have worked out that walking backward can be beneficial for your health, offering unique advantages over forward walking.
They say tt can improve strength, balance, flexibility, and even cognitive function. Additionally, it may help with certain injuries and pain, particularly in the knees and back.
Apparently the practise dates back to ancient China.
