Marion Mather, Gljúfurárfoss Waterfall (PLACES WILDERNESS 2024)

Gljúfurárfoss Waterfall is in the northwest of Iceland, close to the sea. A spectacular waterfall that is challenging to photograph in its entirety because of its height. This photograph was taken in the lower reaches as I was drawn to the way the water plays over the mossy green rocks as it passes through to the beach.
