Dawn Furmage, Sawn Rocks (PLACES WILDERNESS)

The towering Sawn Rocks resemble giant organ pipes as the rock formation is so named. It is suggested a walk (750m) in full sunshine for outstanding photos but I had a rainy, misty morning. You can venture down into the canyon and see where columns of rock have broken away. Mt Kaputar NP, near Narrabri, NSW
