Connect Adventures has launched its guided Yuraygir Coastal Walk, a 65km journey along New South Wales’ longest stretch of undeveloped coastline.
The immersive hike offers bushwalkers an opportunity to connect with nature, culture and wildlife in one of Australia's most pristine coastal environments.
This walk starts at the world-renowned surfing village of Angourie, south of Yamba in the north of the state. The 4-day/5-night expedition traverses a diverse landscape of secluded and pristine beaches, rugged headlands, and vibrant coastal bushland, concluding at Red Rock on the Corindi River. Along the way, walkers will cross three picturesque rivers by boat, adding an extra layer of adventure to the journey.
Winter and Spring are the best times for whale watching along the Yuraygir Coast. From August to October, walkers can witness the awe-inspiring sight of humpback whales migrating south, often accompanied by playful calves. The trail offers many incredible vantage points for these unforgettable encounters. There are also many opportunities to see dolphins and other marine life, along with several endangered native land animals.

To celebrate this new tour the opening of their 2025 dates, Connect Adventures is offering a 20% discount to the first 20 people who book one of these trips! For more info click here.
