Nicholls Hut, Tararua Mountains

Nicholl’s hut here is dwarfed by the vast scenery in the Trararu Mountain Range of New Zealand. It is the refuge for hikers walking Te Araroa, New Zealand’s longest trail at 3,000km from Cape Reinga at the top of North Island to Bluff at the bottom of South Island.
