If you're struggling with plantar fasciitis then try the stretches and routine in this video.

Plantar fasciitis is a common condition that occurs when the plantar fascia, a thick band of tissue running along the bottom of the foot, becomes inflamed.

This inflammation often leads to heel pain, particularly when taking the first steps in the morning or after long periods of rest. The discomfort may ease with movement but can return after extended standing or walking. People who engage in physical activities that put repeated stress on the heel, such as running or prolonged standing, may be more at risk of developing this condition.

Wearing unsupportive footwear can also contribute. If you suspect you have plantar fasciitis, it is important to consult your doctor for proper assessment. Treatment options typically include stretching exercises, pain relief medication, and wearing supportive shoes or orthotic inserts to reduce strain and support recovery.
